Estimated delivery: 10-20 Days after downloaded form is completed and mailed to Equifax via Canada Post.

Estimated activation: 5 days after Equifax’s receipt of your completed and mailed form. Please note that delivery times by mail to Equifax may vary based on location, mail carrier and other factors, which are excluded from our estimated activation. Estimate activation time-frame is based on receipt by Equifax in its physical mailroom.

The Equifax credit score provided under the offers described herein a proprietary credit model developed by Equifax Canada and provided to you via the myEquifax platform by Equifax Canada in coordination with its affiliate, Equifax Consumer Services LLC, a U.S. company and your data will be stored in the United States. While this score is similar to scores usually communicated to lenders who request it, it is being provided to you for your own educational use. Please keep in mind third parties may use a different score when evaluating your creditworthiness and will consider items other than your credit score, such as information on your credit file and information you provide in your application for credit. You can also receive this Equifax credit score by mail, by phone or in person directly from Equifax Canada.
2. The Equifax Canada credit report provided under the offers described herein does not include the payment profile tables which are contained within your free Equifax Canada consumer credit report. A payment profile table lists your historical monthly payments and balances for a particular account, spanning a period of up to 25 months. Keep in mind that lenders and other third parties may take into consideration information derived from payment profile tables when evaluating your creditworthiness.
