If an event is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer.

Special rules apply to certain kinds of tickets (including transfer tickets and tickets you purchased but then resold). Please see the below FAQs and our Purchase Policy for more information.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any available refund options for the event. The status of your event, and any options available, can always be found in your online account.

If you have tickets to an event promoted by Live Nation that has been postponed for more than 60 days—and no rescheduled dates have been announced – a 30-day window for refunds will open at that time.

How long does it take to get my refund after I’ve submitted my request?

Timing may vary. We will process your refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, once funds are approved by, and received from, the Event Organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days.

I purchased tickets to an event through a secondary or resale website. What are my options?

If you purchased a ticket from another site, you will need to reach out to your original point of purchase for your refund options, if available.

If you purchased a verified resale ticket through Ticketmaster or Live Nation, and your event is postponed, rescheduled, canceled, or moved, you will receive a notification explaining any refund options available to you. For the most up-to-date information regarding whether your order is eligible for a refund, please sign into your online account, then select your event. What are my options if I purchased tickets at the Box Office?

If you purchased tickets at the Box Office for an event at a Live Nation venue that has been canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved (and if refunds are made available by the Event Organizer), you can request a refund by sending an e-mail to [email protected] with your name, contact information, event details, and a picture of all tickets purchased.

What does it mean if my event is postponed, but a new date has not been announced yet?

If an event has been postponed, it means the Event Organizer is still working to determine whether the event will be rescheduled or canceled; in the meantime, your tickets (including any updates or add-ons, such as parking) are still valid and no further action is required. When the Event Organizer cancels or reschedules the event, we’ll notify you of the new status and explain any available refund options. The status of your event, and any refund options available, can always be found in your online account.

If you have tickets to an event promoted by Live Nation that has been postponed for more than 60 days, and no rescheduled dates have been announced, a 30-day window for refunds will open at that time.

My event has been canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, but I did not receive a notification. What do I do?

If you cannot locate your notification, please sign into your online account for the most current information on the status of your event.

What if I bought tickets to an event after the rescheduled date was announced?

If you buy tickets after the rescheduled date has been announced, they will not be eligible for a refund offer.

What if my event has not been canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved?

All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances (for instance, when an event is canceled—or where an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, and the Event Organizer has approved refunds for that event). See our Purchase Policy for more information.

How do I get a refund if I pre-purchased a Live Nation venue upgrade or an add-on to my original ticket (e.g., VIP Club, Lawn Chair, Parking, Fastlane, etc.)?

If you choose to keep your tickets to a rescheduled event with a new date, any upgrades or add-ons remain valid and will be honored. If a refund is available for your event, and you choose the refund option, any additional upgrades or add-ons will be refunded to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, which is usually completed within 30 days.
