LISBON — In Common Pleas Court, Jaymin K. Jackson, 20, Campground Road, Wellsville, stipulated to violating his intervention in lieu of conviction, which he had been placed on after pleading guilty to charges of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony, and a misdemeanor aggravated menacing. He was placed on community control and sentenced to three days in jail.

Chelsea R. Baker, 31, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, stipulated to violating her community control from a possession of drugs charge, a fifth-degree felony. Baker will remain on community control until Aug. 21, 2023.

Kevin M. Dries, 37, St. George Street, East Liverpool, stipulated to violating his intervention in lieu of conviction plan from a possession of marijuana charge, a fifth-degree felony. He will be allowed to continue on his intervention treatment plan.

LISBON — Katie L. Wadlow, 35, East Third Street, Salem, was served a secret indictment charging her with aggravated possession of drugs, a second-degree felony, along with a forfeiture specification. Wadlow is accused of having of having methamphetamines on Aug. 22, 2021.

Brenna J. Perkins, 28, Morris Road, Lisbon, was served a secret indictment charging her with aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, for allegedly having methamphetamines on Feb. 4, 2021.

Both indictments were issued by the grand jury in February.

LISBON — A March 22 pretrial was set in East Liverpool Municipal Court for Patrick H. Dray, 47, Bradshaw Avenue, charged by the city of East Liverpool with littering, noxious/offensive odors, storage of tires, abandoning of animals, cruelty to animals and endangering children, all for Dray’s alleged actions at a property on Dec. 14.

Sydney P. Huffnagle II, 28state Route 154, Lisbon, was fined $250, credited with five days in jail and ordered 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.

A March 30 pretrial was set for John D. Eaton, 55, East Liverpool Road, charged with domestic violence for allegedly harm caused to Camelia Eaton on Jan. 31.

A Feb. 24 pretrial was set for Corey A. Cantwell, 23, Creek Road, New Waterford, charged with criminal trespassing for allegedly being at a Wilbert Avenue address on Sunday.

Steve D. Burchett, 52, Chester, W.Va., was fined $250 for speeding and reckless operation amended from OVI.

An April 14 pretrial was set for Katherine E. Flowers, 54, Carmel Achor Road, Rogers, charged with theft for allegedly failing to scan and pay for 34 items totaling $170 in the Calcutta Walmart on Feb. 13.

A March 22 pretrial was set for Shaun P. Delauder, 41, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, cited with fictitious plates, no license, obstructing official business, drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana for allegedly for suspected narcotics and paraphernalia alleged found in his vehicle during a traffic stop on Feb. 16. Additionally, he reportedly gave police a false name of Eric.

Scott D. Sturgill, 30, Fredrickstown Clarkson Road, Negley, was fined $50 for speeding.

Frederick N. Schmidt, 25, Somner Street, East Palestine, cited with expired license and speeding.

A March 30 pretrial was set for Hayden M. Wright, 32, St. George Street, charged with domestic violence for allegedly grabbing Ashley Doerfer by the hair, pushing her in the face and threatening “I will kill you” on Dec. 29.

An April 4 motions hearing was set for Angela Pascuzzi, 39, Old Fredericktown Road, for menacing by stalking allegedly threatening Janna Hall on July 19.

Carl Gooding, 40, Harvey Avenue, was ordered to pay a previously suspended fine of $1,050 for a probation violation.

Jarell Washington, 33, Youngstown, was fined $300 for no license and speeding.

Mark A. George, 31, Greenfield Drive, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for damaging things in the home, such as flipping the bed frame and ripping items out of the closet and raising his hand toward his wife like he was going to strike her.

Cody L. Jackson, 22, Ceramic Street, was fined $250 and required 10 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for smacking Kala Buckel in the side of the face on Nov. 23.

Samuel J. Headley, 20, Lisbon, Street, was fined $150 for speeding.

Adam H. Garcia, 21, Edinburg, Texas, failed to appear on a speeding citation.
