Here is the bag and stroller policy for the NFL draft in Detroit

DETROIT – Are you planning to check out the NFL draft this weekend in Downtown Detroit? Here’s what to know about the bag and stroller policy.

The NFL’s clear bag policy will be in effect for the draft. That means clear bags that are plastic, vinyl, or PVC will be allowed, as long as they aren’t larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches.

Clear backpacks, fanny packs, and cinch bags are also allowed under those same parameters.

Bags can’t have buckles, grommets/hardware , or decor that conceal sections of the bag.

A one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag is permitted.

Small purses and clutch bags should be carried through security screening.

Size exceptions will be made for medically necessary items.

Larger bags can be placed in lockers that are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Strollers and baby carriages are also allowed, but they will be screened. All bags and blankets must be removed and checked physically and by x-ray.
