Manage standing orders

Not all recurring payments are actually standing orders, they could be direct debits, or subscriptions.

If you are sure it is a direct debit, you should use the Bank of Ireland app or 365 online.

Amend or cancel a standing order:

Changes must be made at least 3 working days before their due date and will take 1 day to appear online.

• Select Payments in the menu
• Select Standing orders
  • If you are unable to select a standing order, it may be a loan repayment. You cannot amend or cancel a loan standing order online.
  • Select Payments in the menu
  • Select Standing orders
    • If you are unable to select a standing order, it may be a loan repayment. You cannot amend or cancel a loan standing order online.
