How do I upload documents to support my dispute claim?

When you start a dispute claim and are answering the questionnaire, you may be given the option to attach supporting documentation. This may include, but isn't limited to receipts, invoices, or emails from the merchant. Uploads are limited to two files with a maximum of 5MB per file. We accept file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF.

Online banking/U.S. Bank Mobile App

  1. When prompted during the dispute claim questionnaire, select Browse.
  2. Select the location where the file is housed.
    1. To choose a picture in your gallery, select Photo Library.
    2. To select a file, select Choose files.
    3. If you need to take a picture to create an image, select Take Photo.
