10 reviews 7 days agoOur 15 months son has started Busy Bees since March 2024. He mostly feels excited going there and has embraced the friendly and warm environment, play time etc. The busy bees personnel are warm, welcoming, attentive and are open to feedback. This gives us comfort that our son is well taken cared off and any issues are flagged to us timely. Thank you so much busy bees for your hard work and looking forward to transitioning our son to the next stage.

4 days agoBeautiful setting and environment for the children to learn and explore all areas of the EYFS. However, staff members can be very undermining when it comes to students doing placement at this nursery and towards agency staff who are only trying to do their job. Not a very welcoming environment for students doing placement.

4 days agoBusy Bees Chatham have been nothing short of outstanding from the start. My son started attending this nursery in March 2024 at 11 months old, 1 day per week. As soon as his first few sessions went by, we noticed a huge difference in him. He was far more social, adaptive, and he has been developing at light speed ever since!
The staff here are second to none - friendly, knowledgeable and very experienced. As a first time parent, very nervous about who I would trust with my son, the staff made it a really easy transition. They take the security and welfare of the children very seriously, reacting quickly to any issues. They also supply the children with a fantastic varied menu which you can view ahead of time, and their use of the parentzone app to keep you updated is amazing. Their facilities are brilliant, the children are never bored, and the staff genuinely care for them.
You may question why this particular nursery is priced a little bit more than others in the area - I can say it’s very much worth it if you can. Between the experience and quality of the staff and the overall quality of care provided for their children, it’s a small price to pay. My son now attends for 3 days per week (they handled the recent government childcare funding really well!), and we can’t wait to see how much he continues thriving.

2 Sept 2024We couldn't wish for a better place for our daughter. We moved to this nursery from another one where she was always so upset, wouldn't settle, eat or sleep.. since starting here, she's a completely different child! She absolutely loves nursery and it's been so warming to see her form bonds with the staff there.
The atmosphere is warm and caring and it's evident that the staff are passionate about what they do. They've gone above and beyond for our daughter and it's clear she feels safe and well cared for there.
The communication is great, we are kept up to date with her daily activities and progress. It means the world to us knowing that she's in such capable hands. We honestly could not ask for a better nursery.

6 days agoStaff are really lovely and make my child feel special every week. He is very excited to go to nursery every Friday. Every time I drop his brother at school across the road he begs to go to nursery and gets upset that it's not a nursery day.

29 Aug 2024Quite possibly the worst nursery any of my children have ever attended. The staff treat the children appalling lots of in house secrecy and covering each others backs. Impossible to deal especially considering the manager is best mates with the “area manager” with Staff mock scream and shout at children. Some are withdrawn on drop off and pick up. Management is an absolute joke and the most unprofessional manager ever encountered. Know many parents are currently pulling their children out of the setting. Wouldn’t leave a dog in their care the whole place should be shut down. You’re literally paying for the big company name! Avoid at all costs

30 Aug 2024The team are amazing!! Having 2 under 2 they were able to accommodate to their needs, with my son and his allergies management were attentive to this and that made me feel as ease. My daughter is always excited to arrive at nursery and recognise ‘bees’ as she is near. I highly recommend this nursery! Jo and Shante have been amazing!

29 Aug 2024All the staff are lovely!
But pre-school especially seems very short staffed always, to the point where sometimes we are asked to wait outside with our children until a staff member can answer the door - not ideal when you need to get to work.
Also not as structured around learning in pre-school as was told it would be, no letter of the week or hardly used the classroom like promised.
Food choices also limited and very similar each day, lots of cold food!
Overall a safe happy place to leave your children, but not the most organized or stable.

30 Aug 2024I have been part of the Busy Bees family for 4 years now, with a 7 month break between my eldest finishing and youngest starting. Busy Bees Ardington has always been the warmest, most welcoming environment for my children - with fantastic staff who I have always known to show genuine affection for the children in their care. I feel I leave my Son with a second family, and I don’t worry about him for a moment. The activities to engage the children are always well thought out, the food is varied and was always very highly thought of by my eldest! The communication is great, and any additional needs are always well received and acted upon. Highly recommend!

28 Aug 2024Every single member of staff at busy bees Alton manor go above and beyond to make sure every child is cared for and importantly having fun. They are so caring and you can see the dedication in the activities they put together - some of them clearly in their own time too. Cannot reccomend highly enough. I have always felt that my children are safe and cared for.

27 Aug 2024I was admitted in the hospital for my second baby’s birth. I didn’t have anybody in EPSOM and in that early morning I called Leah the Directress of Busy Bees and booked a whole day for my first kid.
Despite the online procedure she helped me saying ok for a whole day booking which made our work easier.
Sincere thanks and heartfelt gratitude to BusyBees.
You became our family on that particular day.
Helped us to get rid of our stress.

28 Aug 2024Really good nursery. Our son is really blossoming since starting at this nursery over 8 months ago.
We have issues where our son is really unhappy being at child minder and we were worried that he may not get on being in a nursery. Turns out that was the best decision ever and he is very very happy being at Busy Bees at Longbridge. Highly recommend this nursery.
